Jamaican Jerk Rub Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 large Bell Peppers, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup Pineapple (fresh or canned) cut into 1-inch chunks
2 Red Onions, peeled and cut into 1-inch wedges
3 tbs Bowl & Basket Specialty Jamaican Jerk Rub Seasoning
Metal or wooden skewers
Directions

1. Preheat grill to 375 and brush grill grates clean before oiling.

 

2. While grill is preheating, toss chicken, bell pepper, pineapple, and onions in the Jamaican Jerk seasoning, ensuring all pieces are well coated.

 

3. Thread alternating pieces of chicken, pineapple, bell pepper and onion onto metal or bamboo skewers (note: if using bamboo skewers, be sure to soak for at least 2 hours before using).

 

4. Place skewers on preheated grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to evenly brown all sides of the kebabs.
